ZEFAL Emergency Kit (Glueless Patches)
Login to view priceIf you are in a hurry and don't want to spend time using a vulcanising solution, the Zéfal Emergency Kit with six self-adhesive patches provides you with everything you need to carry out a complete tube repair in no time. After roughening the tube with the enclosed scraper, the self-adhesive repair patch only needs to be applied to the damaged area - done! You don't need any vulcanising solution and you don't have to observe any drying time. The tube is immediately ready for mounting and the ride can continue!
All parts of the Zéfal Emergency Kit are stored in a practical hard shell box, which can be conveniently stowed in the saddle or jersey pocket and is therefore always ready to hand. This repair kit contains 6 glueless patches and a stainless-steel tube grater. Simple to use, quick to stick.

ZEFAL EZ Big Shot 16g CO2 Inflator

Made of aluminum, this robust inflator is suitable for cyclists who want to re-inflate their tires in a few seconds. This equipment is particularly appreciated during competitions where time is precious. Its small size will be forgotten. However, if you want to carry it on your bike, we have specially developed the Pulse Z2i water bottle holder (ref 1706) to meet this need.
Equipped with an air regulation system with automatic locking, the EZ Big Shot allows a dosage of the final pressure of the tire. Please refer to the usage chart to choose the right size cartridge for your tires and to know the pressure you can reach. The CO2 cartridge, made of 100% steel, is recyclable. ZEFAL Puncture Repair Spray 75ml
Login to view priceRepair spray for flat tyres: repairs and reinflates instantly. Our Repair Spray repairs and instantly reinflates flat tyres without having to change the inner tube. This type of rapid and simple fix allows you to continue your ride without having to do a repair. The fix isn't long-lasting as the product that is injected dries out in a few days. It is advisable to change the inner tube or to repair it. The Repair Spray becomes less effective against punctures larger than 2mm.

Find and remove the object causing the puncture. 2. Turn the wheel so the valve is at the top (at 12 o'clock position). 3. Vigorously shake the aerosol for a while. 4. Choose the correct fitting for your valve (the aerosol has two fittings: Presta and Schraeder). 5. Securely screw the fitting on the valve. 6. Empty the contents of the aerosol into the tyre. NB: at this point, the aerosol should be face down. 7. Turn the wheel to ensure an even distribution of the product. 8. Cycle 1 to 2 km then reinflate your tyre to the right pressure.**Extremely flammable aerosol. Pressurized container: may explode under the effect of heat. Toxic to aquatic life causing long-term harmful effects. If medical attention is needed, take this container or label. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and all other sources of ignition.
**No smoking. Don't spray near a naked flame or any other source of ignition. Don't pierce or burn even after use. Keep away from direct sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C / 122°F.
