Designed for installation of all sizes of of headset cups.
This kit includes 3/8 inch (10mm) Acme thread press rod sized for headset installation, a pair of interchangeable Liner Quick Handles, a quick-action 3/8 Zipnut, and a full complement of guides to ensure efficient and accurate headset installation.
The Linear Headset Press utilizes the same 29 degree angle Acme thread design found in high precision applications such lead screw drives for CNC machines. This design results in wider and broader thread bases which have greater strength and overall durability. Most importantly, this thread design is much more accurate than standard V shaped threads providing exact 90 degree force for perfect bearing seating and installation alignment.
Unlike other bearing press products available which specify a plain bushing or no bearing at all, each Linear Press rod features a static nut fitted with a precision thrust bearing to provide smooth and accurate, bind-free action.
Finally, the Linear Quick handles are like small transformers where you can combine two short handles for tight spaces, two longer handles for more leverage or long-short handles for control. These 6061 alloy handles snap on to the fixed thrust nut and our unique quick-action Zipnut, for quick, professional results. Drive them by hand, or with open-end or socket wrenches, or if one prefers to work with Allen wrenches, that option has been machined into the end of each handle as well.
This kit includes two length press rods sized specifically for hub or suspension applications, a pair of interchangeable Liner Quick Handles along with a full complement of bearing guides and receiver cups for the most popular hub and suspension bearings, to ensure efficient and accurate bearing removal and installation. Guide sizes include: 6800, 6801, 6802, 6803, 6901, 6902, 6903 and MR 1526 hub guides, along with 8/10/11mm, 15/17mm, 18/20mm double-sided suspension inner (pusher) pilots and four double-sided receiver cups that cover a range of bearing ODs from 12mm-32mm.

These 6061 alloy handles snap on to the 15 mm (or 5/8) stainless nuts, which can also be worked with open end or socket wrenches, or if one prefers to work with Allen wrenches, that option has been machined into the end of each handle as well.
Loose ball bike parts are still out there, so Enduro carries the loose balls you need to complete the job.
Grade 5 balls meet or exceed 5/1,000,000 tolerance of sphericity and is considered extremely round, to the point that races can't be ground to match that level of precision. This is the same level of ball that is found in Enduro ABEC-5 bearings. Only a few years ago, Grade 25 would be considered a very high grade ball, used only in the best hubs and bottom brackets. Today, Enduro's entry-level ABEC-3 bearings feature Grade 10 balls and then Grade 5 or Grade 5 as you go up in price and performance.
The ultimate upgrade for your rolling components, Enduro Ceramic Balls are made from pure Silicon Nitride material (Si3N4) with extreme high density from uniform compaction (3.25 g/cm3), the micro-structural elements of this material is second to none. There are quite a few different materials used for ceramic balls and races in the Industry, at Enduro we only use the best, Silicon Nitride from Japan. The high precision Grade 5 Si3N4 pure ceramic balls are 5/1,000,000" from exactly round in sphericity. 60% lighter weight and 7 times harder than steel, friction is reduced to the lowest level possible. Tougher and less brittle than other ceramic materials, there is simply no comparison for corrosion resistance or magnetic problems with Enduro Si3N4 balls.
Precision-machined guides for the removal of Zero-Stack headset cups (or Maxhit bearings) from the head tube of the bicycle. These guides are designed to slide into the cup from the outside and allow the user to easily punch out the cup from the opposite side. This set comes with two guides one for 44mm upper cups and another for 56mm lower cups.
This kit is a great complement to the BRT-030 punch set, and is designed to work with the 10mm sized punch perfectly.
Each of the 3 rods has its own set of threaded bearing "pushers" with a rotating contact pad that isolates the bearing guides from friction. One end of each rod set has bearing pusher that is fixed in place, while the other threads up and down the rod. The beautifully machined handles snap on and off the 15mm hex heads. In place of the handles, 15mm wrenches can be used for jobs in tight spaces.
We have packaged the same Mobil XHP 222extra high pressure grease we use in all Enduro ABEC 5 angular contact, ABEC 5 radial bearings ABEC 3 bearings. Mobil XHP 222 is an excellent and clean rolling grease and which also features great water displacement characteristics. Well suited to any and all bikes and riding conditions. Conveniently packaged in a syringe for precise grease application.
This labor saving tool allows you to safely and easily remove and install 6806 bearings into any model BB30 or PF30 bottom bracket while the cups are still in the bike. This tool can be easily adapted for DUB BBs by adding the BRT-016 DUB adapter kit.
This tools allow you install BB386, BB30/PF30 TorqTite and T47 external threaded bottom bracket cups for 30mm and 24mm cranksets. The 24mm side works fine for cups with DUB/29mm bearings as well.
It features a 3/8 inch drive on the backside for use with a torque wrench or breaker bar. Precision manufactured of the same aluminum alloy as our BB cups to ensure solid no-mar cup installation or removal.
Precision-Machined, Heat-Treated, stainless steel Punch Set for quickly removing stubborn bearings from the back side. This seven punch set includes sizes from most of the most common pivot bearings (8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 17mm, 18mm and 20mm)
This tool set is designed to safely install oil seals and wipers into suspension forks. The ST-010 includes the most popular sized guides to safely install seals for 32mm, 34mm, 35mm, 36mm, and 40mm fork stantions. The guides install quickly onto the universal handle and the wiper/seal guide is reversible for both oil seal and wiper installation.
Enduro XD-15 Corsa Ceramic-Hybrid bearings are guaranteed forever, but unfortunately some of the parts that surround them can still wear out. This retaining clip clips into the groove in the OD of the inner bearing race to keep the bearing assembly together.

HyGlide seals utilize the material and design advantages of our two-part seals (Polyurethane wipers and Moly-Disulphide-infused oil seals) and combine them into a single wiper/oil seal. This unique design joins the oil seal and wiper into a single unit, creating a sealing system that eliminates one of the sealing lips and decreases seal friction or "stiction" by 25%. The cold-fused integrated seal design also features a large oil cavity between the two sealing lips to prevent contamination and further ease fork's movement.
HyGlide seal superior sealing action and can increase fork service intervals by as much as 2 or 3 times compared to OE recommendations.
Enduro Fork Seals are available for most major brands and models of suspension forks at substantial savings and improvement over stock wipers. We also manufacture and stock seals for many suspension forks that are no longer supported by the original manufacturer, so you can keep that old fork running smoothly.
Enduro bearings are designed and built to last, but unfortunately sometimes some of the parts that surround them can still wear out. This light-contact silicone seal is the same seal that comes with Enduro External BSA and Italian Cup bottom brackets for 24mm spindles. This seal works on both drive-side and non-drive MR 2437 bearings as well as the over the non-drive bearing reducer used with some GXP BBs.
Enduro bearings are designed and built to last, but unfortunately sometimes some of the parts that surround them can still wear out. This light-contact silicone seal is the same seal that comes with the wide range Enduro bottom brackets for 30mm spindles.
Enduro bearings are designed and built to last, but unfortunately sometimes some of the parts that surround them can still wear out. This light-contact silicone seal is the same seal that comes with Enduro bottom brackets for SRAM GXP cranksets that feature the custom GXP bearing reducer for MR 2437 bearings to provide additional protection against the elements. This seal is the wider version that is required in some applications, though the narrow version (SE MR 2237N) is more often the correct replacement part for Enduro TorqTite GXP BBs with MR 2437 bearings and GXP reducers.
