Sensitive carbon shafts must never be clamped with a conventional fork clamp. With the X-Plug, CARBON-TI offers a gentle form of fork clamping. The expander fits into fork shafts with an internal diameter of 24.0 - 28.0 mm and is suitable for any type of shaft. Compared to a fork claw, it can be easily removed at any time. With a weight of only approx. 17 grams, the CARBON TI X-Plug fork expander is, as usual, extremely light.

The cold-fused integrated seal design also features a large oil cavity between the two sealing lips to prevent contamination and further ease fork's movement.

This light-contact silicone seal is the new universal face seal that comes with Enduro TorqTite Solid-Lube bottom brackets for 24mm spindles. This light contact seal seals directly to the bearing OD to make it a more universal fit. Apply a thin film of grease on the back side of the seal for optimum seal performance.
